By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the PropBridge platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations in Kenya.
2. Platform Scope & Legal Status
PropBridge operates strictly as a digital marketplace, transaction facilitator, and Joint Venture (JV) advisory platform connecting landowners with prospective real estate developers.
3. Landowner Representations & Title Verification
Landowners listing parcels on PropBridge explicitly warrant that they hold unencumbered, valid Title Deeds under the Land Registration Act of Kenya.
4. Developer Submissions & Proposals
Developers submitting pitch decks and equity split proposals guarantee that all stated metrics and financial capabilities are truthful and verifiable.
5. JV Advisory & Non-Binding Matches
All initial matches displayed on PropBridge are non-binding preliminary indicators until execution of a binding JV agreement drafted by LSK-registered legal counsel.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The PropBridge platform, branding, source code, and calculations are protected by copyright laws in Kenya.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
PropBridge shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from aborted JV negotiations or construction delays.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya with dispute resolution under the Rules of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA).
